How to rent
We'll help you find your new home
- Fill out and sign an application
- Provide Last Month's Rent as a deposit in cash, certified cheque or money order.
- Include a post-dated Cheque for the First Month's Rent dated for the first of the month of rental.
- Submit the completed application along with the payments to our Rental Office by mail or in person.
- The Rental Agent will forward your application to head office for consideration. The application will be approved or declined within 2 to 4 business days.
- If your application is declined your Last Month's Rent Deposit will be fully refunded.
